Refund Policy

1. Digital goods and your right to change your mind

Gift-card codes are digital content supplied immediately. Where consumer law gives you a cooling-off period for online purchases, that right is lost for digital content once delivery has begun with your agreement. By confirming an order you ask us to deliver the code immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once it is shown to you. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

2. When we refund

We refund in full in these cases:

• Not delivered. You paid, but no code was issued.
• Faulty code. The issuing brand rejects the code and our check confirms it was never validly usable — provided it has not been redeemed.
• Wrong item. You received a different product, region, or value than you ordered.
• Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for one order.
• Overpayment. You sent more crypto than the quoted amount; we return the difference.
• We cancelled. We cancelled a paid order — for stock, pricing error, or a compliance check.

3. When we can’t refund

• The code has been redeemed, in whole or in part.
• You changed your mind, ordered the wrong brand, or bought the wrong region — after delivery.
• The code was shared, published, or lost by you, or your email or account was compromised.
• The issuing brand’s own terms make the card non-refundable and it is validly usable.
• Funds were sent outside the payment instructions — wrong asset, wrong network, wrong address, or after the quote expired. These are generally unrecoverable by anyone, including us.
• The request is made more than 30 days after the order date.

4. How crypto refunds actually work

A blockchain payment cannot be reversed. A refund is therefore a new payment we send to you, and a few things follow from that:

• You give us the address. We refund to a wallet address you supply and confirm. We can only send on a network we support for that asset.
• An address typo is final. Funds sent to an address you gave us incorrectly cannot be recovered. Check it twice.
• Amount basis. Unless we say otherwise, we refund the fiat-equivalent value of your order, converted to the refund asset at the time the refund is issued. Crypto prices move — the number of coins you get back may differ from the number you sent, in either direction.
• Network fees. The network fee for sending the refund is deducted from the refunded amount.
• Screening. Refunds to a different address than the one that paid may require an additional compliance check before we can send.

5. Timing

We aim to respond to a refund request within 2 business days and to send an approved refund within 5 business days of approval. Cases that need the issuing brand to confirm a faulty code can take longer; we’ll keep you updated.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of the order with:

• your order number and the email you ordered with;
• what went wrong — for a rejected code, the exact error the brand’s site showed;
• the wallet address and network you want the refund sent to.

Please do not include the full gift-card code in your first email — we can look it up from the order number.

Before writing, it is worth checking which failure you actually have: a code refused for the wrong region, a code reported as already redeemed, and a code the brand calls invalid are three different problems with three different outcomes, and only the error wording separates them. 7. Chargebacks

Crypto payments cannot be reversed by your bank, so there is no chargeback to fall back on. Contacting us is the only way to get a refund — please do, rather than losing your money.
