The value is credited in US dollars: the UAE PlayStation Store is priced in USD, so a card described as “UAE $10” means the UAE region at a value of ten US dollars — dirhams are not involved at any point.

How to redeem
Your code is 12 digits. Sign in to the United Arab Emirates account you want the funds on before you start — funds cannot be moved to another account afterwards. A wallet top-up must be redeemed on an adult (18+) account; for a child, use the family manager’s account.
On PS5
- Open PlayStation Store and press the triangle button.
- Select … (More) then Redeem Code.
- Enter the 12-digit code and select Redeem.
On PS4
- Open PlayStation Store and scroll to the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Redeem Codes.
- Enter the 12-digit code, then select Continue and confirm.
In a browser or the PlayStation App
- Go to PlayStation Store and select your profile at the top of the screen.
- Select Redeem Code from the menu.
- Enter the 12-digit code and select Continue. The funds are added to your wallet straight away.

- Funds are tied to the account they are redeemed on and cannot be moved to another account.
Delivery, faults and refunds
- The code is digital content delivered immediately. Treat it as cash — we cannot replace a code that is shared, published or lost by you.
- If a code is faulty — rejected by PlayStation and confirmed never validly usable, and not yet redeemed — we refund it in full.
