Is OnyxGift legit?
A fair question to ask any crypto store, and we would rather you asked it. Codes come from authorised distributors, delivery is automatic once your transaction confirms on-chain, our refund policy is published rather than promised, and support is a real inbox answered by a person. We are new, so start with a small order if you would rather test us first.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, BNB and TRX.
How fast is delivery?
Usually a few minutes after your transaction confirms on-chain. The code appears in Orders in your account and is emailed to you at the same time. Confirmation time depends on the network you paid on, not on us.
Why do I need an account?
Because your codes are worth money, and an account keeps them somewhere safer than a single email. If that email is lost, filtered or deleted, your purchase is not. Sign-up takes about twenty seconds and needs only an email address — no card, no identity documents, no phone number.
What if my code does not work?
Email support with your order number and the exact error the brand shows you. A code that is confirmed faulty and has not been redeemed is replaced or refunded.
Do you refund crypto payments?
A code that has been revealed cannot be returned — once it is on your screen it can be redeemed, and we have no way to take that back. Orders that fail or are never delivered are refunded. The full terms are in the refund policy.
How does your price compare with the face value of the card?
It depends on the product, and we would rather say so than give you one comforting answer. Checked on 6 September 2026: Apple, Amazon, PlayStation, Roblox, Riot, Razer Gold, Free Fire and PUBG were all priced below face value, by roughly two to seven percent. Steam, Google Play, Yalla Ludo and Nintendo were above it, by roughly five to nine percent. Prices move, so the product page is the number that counts on the day you buy. Whichever way it falls, the exact total is shown before you pay and nothing is added at the end.
What does the region on a card mean?
Every gift card is issued for one country store, and the product page states which. A US code will not redeem on a European account. Check the region line against your account before you pay, because a revealed code cannot be returned if the region is wrong.
Which USDT network should I send on?
The payment page names the exact network for your order — send on that one. Funds sent on a different network cannot be recovered, by us or by anyone else.
Do I have to verify my identity?
No. We ask for an email address so your codes have somewhere to live and somewhere to be sent. There is no identity check, no document upload and no card details.
